Recently, I had the opportunity to produce a full presentation film for VGP Group, a real estate holding company based in Athens, Greece.

VGP Group provides a complete real estate management service — from property purchase and renovation to Golden Visa and rental management. What makes the company truly stand out is its structure: it operates with its own construction teams, technical staff, furniture suppliers, cleaning department, and even an in-house laundry. This full in-house approach ensures control over every detail and guarantees top-quality results for clients.

About the Production Process

This video project took several months to complete. I visited and filmed over ten different locations across Attica, including renovation sites, offices, showrooms, and luxury residential properties. Each scene was designed to showcase the company’s professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to quality. The editing process focused on keeping the video dynamic yet elegant — reflecting both the human and business sides of the brand.

The version shared here is without subtitles. The client also requested multilingual versions for use at international exhibitions and business presentations, making the video a versatile tool for global marketing.
