There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution in realty, because every property and budget is different.
Instead, I adapt the production workflow to each project, choosing the most effective balance between natural light or professional strobe or continuous lighting, HDR or single-exposure techniques, advanced post-production, and the required amount of equipment.
I don’t limit the number of photos per property. If a home staging professional has worked on the apartment, there may be additional interior elements, design details, or artwork on the walls. In my opinion, the client should have a choice. If I can create more beautiful shots, I will — and it doesn’t affect the final price.
That’s why one 2-bedroom property might have 40 photos, while another 2-bedroom could have 50.
For larger or more complex projects, we align on a clear visual and commercial direction before the shoot.

FAQ
Do you work only in Athens?
No. I shoot yachts throughout Athens, Attica, the Athens Riviera, and nearby islands. If your yacht is located on more remote islands and there is no local photographer available, I can travel there as well.
Do you shoot on any day, or do you recommend specific conditions?
We always try to coordinate the best possible day and location together with the broker or owner. Wind conditions, light, and marina positioning are important — the goal is to present the yacht in the most flattering and professional way.
What challenges can arise during a yacht photoshoot?
I wouldn’t call them challenges, but yacht photography — especially superyacht photography — involves certain logistics. The yacht may need to leave the marina, which requires crew availability. It can also temporarily lose its berth, which sometimes causes inconvenience for the owner or crew. I always work respectfully and efficiently to minimize disruption.
Do you photograph yachts only at sea?
No. I photograph yachts anywhere — at sea, in marinas, or at port. When shooting in busy harbors, post-production may take slightly longer due to the need to remove background distractions such as trash bins, pedestrians, or vehicles. This is part of delivering a clean, premium final result.
What if the yacht or speedboat is on land and cannot be launched?
That’s not a problem. I can photograph yacht on dry dock or stands. In fact, some of the images in this gallery were taken in exactly those conditions.
Do you adapt to brokers’ and owners’ needs?
Yes. I always stay flexible, communicative, and solution-oriented, ensuring a smooth experience for brokers, charter companies, owners, and crew.
